Greetings, and welcome to The /x/ Files Archive, the weekly news digest for 4chan’s Paranormal board. Every Sunday, we take a quick snapshot of the mysterious world around us and bring it, in an easily readable magazine format, to the board. I am The Editor, the anonymous creator of this idea and collector of the news that appears in each issue. In the interests of legitimacy, I use a secure tripcode to post each issue; once the posts are completed, I take the tripcode off and return to my anonymity.
Collected herein are each issue of the digest, backlogged to the original date of posting. The posts are the unformatted original copies of each issue; due to the letter limit 4chan puts on each post, I often have to trim stories of quite a bit of text so that they’ll fit in the space allotted. In addition, I have occasionally removed stories from the issues upon finding out they didn’t occur within the week of that issue. To that end, I made the editorial decision to post the original, unabridged issues here, with all the content retained, in the interests of complete archival.
