Greetings, and welcome to The /x/ Files, the weekly news digest for 4chan’s Paranormal board. Every Sunday, we take a quick snapshot of the mysterious world around us and bring it, in an easily readable magazine format, to the board. I am The Editor, the anonymous creator of this idea and collector of the news that will be following below. In the interests of legitimacy, I will be using a secure tripcode to post the thread; once the posts are completed, I will take the tripcode off and return to my anonymity.

Coast to Coast AM with George Noory
Monday: Earthquake Prediction/ Color & Spirituality
In the first half, author David Nabhan – who has been advocating for the creation of an earthquake warning system for the US West Coast for the last two decades – discussed his plan with zero cost and immediate implementation, whereby newspapers and other media might publish higher probability advisories for elevated seismic risks. In the latter half, psychic, author, and cosmic coach, Dougall Fraser talked about how he utilizes color therapy, clairvoyance, intuition, and practical advice to help people assess and attain their goals and dreams.

Wednesday: Intelligent Design & Darwinism/ Crop Circles
In the first half, Jonathan Wells, who has received two Ph.D.s, one in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California at Berkeley, and one in Religious Studies from Yale University, argued that science routinely promotes the Darwinian view of evolution, yet the evidence is weak and riddled with inaccuracies. Patty Greer researches and has visited more than 100 crop circles. In the latter half, she shared the latest in crop formation research, which she believes demonstrates that crop circles are rising from the Earth in counter-rotating plasma vortices which knock down the plants in spectacular patterns.

He discussed how to identify telepathy, clairvoyance, precognition, and other psi experiences as they occur through dreams. Open Lines followed.
Paranormal Podcast: Fairies, Pookahs, and Changelings
In part one of today’s Paranormal Podcast, Varla Ventura, joins us to talk about mythical creatures…are they lore or is there something more? In part two, journalist Jenniffer Weigel talks to us about her investigation into Psychics, Healers and Mediums…are they real or fake?
Mysterious Universe: 17.16
Missing 411 suspects get lined up for this episode as we look at the patterns of strange activity that bind them together. The Australian Yowie returns in a very vocal way along with insane tales of Orb-nappings from the Blue Mountains. We then return to the so called “cluster location” or “windows area” of the Great Lakes Triangle and investigate the unsolved cases of missing aircraft, vanishing ships, and strange underwater objects.
Astonishing Legends: The Sheriff and Outlaw Henry Plummer (Part 2)
The dual nature of Henry Plummer’s character would leave us questioning his legacy and the legitimacy of his ending. Was he simply an honest lawman reluctantly entangled in the rougher aspects of frontier justice or a downright robber and murderer with a badge? There are authors who believe he was solely one or the other but there also seems to be ample circumstantial evidence that he was likely some combination of both. The problem of determining his guilt or innocence, set against the backdrop of a nascent legal structure for the American West, would stir a debate that we continue to struggle with today. When it comes to the protection of our families and communities, what measures are we willing to accept to ensure our safety? When does crime prevention and the ad hoc adjudication of those in authority become a miscarriage of justice? Where is the line between the precepts of our more mature legal system and common sense and what measurement should guide our conscience to determine when a line has been crossed? We all want what’s fair in light of our personal convictions, but like every condemned man, all Sheriff Henry Plummer wanted was a little more time.
Stuff They Don’t Want You to Know Podcast: What the heck is a Toynbee Tile?
For decades, mysterious tiles have appeared in dozens of cities across North and South America, touting a strange — and strangely consistent — message. But what are the Toynbee Tiles? What is their purpose and who made them?
The Higherside Chats Podcast: Nick Redfern | Secret Societies, Strange Beings, & Hidden Codes
With the influence of elite circles interfering in almost every aspect of our lives, from education to economics, and secret space programs to hidden ancient knowledge, unraveling this twisted web of control can seem almost impossible. And while these puppetmasters continue to pull the strings of reality behind a fortified veil of secrecy, the masses aimlessly carry on as if there is nothing afoot. Nick Redfern joins The Higherside to help peel back the curtain to shed some light onto these secret societies, including their role in the deep state, their participation in occult rituals and their use of alchemy, just to name a few.
